Position Summary

We are looking for a highly communicative Warm Lead Scheduler / Appointment Setter to support a merchant services campaign. This person will contact existing store owners or POS customers, explain the purpose of the call at a basic level, qualify interest or readiness, and perform warm transfers to US-based Merchant Specialists.

This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent English (C1+), confidence on the phone, strong personality, and the ability to keep conversations organized, professional, and friendly.


Key Objectives

  • Contact warm leads from a list of current store owners or POS customers.

  • Schedule or warm-transfer qualified conversations to US Merchant Specialists.

  • Support the transition or adoption of the new service provider.

  • Serve as the first line of defense for basic customer questions.

  • Track call outcomes accurately in the CRM.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call assigned store owners/customers from provided lead lists.

  • Handle basic first-line questions using approved scripts and FAQs.

  • Identify whether the customer is ready to speak with a Merchant Specialist.

  • Warm-transfer qualified customers to US-based Merchant Specialists.

  • Schedule follow-up calls when a live transfer is not possible.

  • Accurately document call outcomes, objections, transfer results, and follow-up needs in the CRM.

  • Participate in weekly tracking and performance reviews.

  • Escalate recurring questions, objections, or customer confusion to the campaign lead.

Job requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Advanced English level: C1+ required.

  • Previous experience as a scheduler, appointment setter, call center agent, sales development representative, or customer service representative.

  • Strong phone presence and ability to create rapport quickly.

  • Friendly, confident, energetic, and personable.

  • Organized and disciplined with CRM notes and follow-up tracking.

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, store managers, and decision-makers.

  • Able to handle objections professionally.

  • Coachable and able to adapt based on campaign feedback.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with warm leads or existing customer campaigns.

  • Experience in merchant services, payments, POS, retail, SaaS, or B2B appointment setting.

  • Familiarity with CRM and dialer tools.

Experience performing warm transfers to sales or specialist teams.
