Technical Support Demo Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a customer-facing Technical Support & Demo Specialist to support POS customers, assist with product demos, and help expand technical coverage across time zones. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical curiosity, excellent English communication skills, and a confident, engaging personality.

Key Objectives

• Assist with product demos and help move prospects through the sales process.

• Provide technical support.

• Be available to respond to inbound interest generated by marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct or assist with customer and prospect demos.

• Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs and business processes.

• Troubleshoot customer questions related to POS usage, workflows, basic setup, and common operational issues.

• Explain product features in a clear, friendly, and practical way.

• Document common customer questions, demo feedback, and support scenarios.

• Help ensure each customer interaction is handled by someone knowledgeable, personable, and solution-oriented.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Advanced English level: C1+ required.

• Previous experience as a scheduler, appointment setter, call center agent, sales development representative, or customer service representative.

• Strong phone presence and ability to create rapport quickly.

• Friendly, confident, energetic, and personable.

• Organized and disciplined with CRM notes and follow-up tracking.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners, store managers, and decision-makers.

• Able to handle objections professionally.

• Coachable and able to adapt based on campaign feedback.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with warm leads or existing customer campaigns.

• Experience in merchant services, payments, POS, retail, SaaS, or B2B appointment setting.

• Familiarity with CRM and dialer tools.

• Experience performing warm transfers to sales or specialist teams.
