Jr Technical Writer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work with various teams to understand product requirements and translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content for our users.

Key Responsibilities

●     Organize, write, revise and maintain technical material per established company standards with respect to order, style, terminology and brand voice.

●     Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

●     Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.

●     Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.

●     Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.

●     Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.

Preferred Skills

●     Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.

●     Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable and align with the company guidelines

●     Ability to speak, write, and communicate in the English language fluently is required.

●     Strong working knowledge of Google Docs or similar authoring tools.

●     Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

●     Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills

●     Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

●     Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy

●     Experience managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously

●     Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
