The Customer Service & Technical Support Representative (Tier 1) is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and first-level technical support to customers, primarily through inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining service excellence and compliance with company standards.
Job requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems is a plus.
