Job description
We’re looking for a proactive and organized professional with good English skills to join an international account supporting advertising promotions, document validation, and reimbursement processing.
If you're passionate about customer service, advertising compliance, and working with numbers this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
Process advertising claims and pre-approvals according to client rules
Enter claims into clients platform and ensure data accuracy
Review documentation and promotional materials for compliance
Communicate with clients professionally via email and call
Perform accurate percentage calculations for reimbursements
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded

Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
- English level B2 or higher
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with claims, compliance, or marketing funds is a big plus
- Sharp attention to detail and logical thinking
- Good math skills to handle % calculations
- Bonus: Spanish or French fluency
