Business Intelligence Partner

Position Overview

The Business Intelligence Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills, requiring the ability to understand business needs, analyze complex data, and communicate findings in a clear and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and reporting needs.

• Translate business requirements into meaningful BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and data insights.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI visualization tools.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on data-driven findings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting processes, and business visibility.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve the efficiency of data processes.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.

• Support ad hoc analysis and business requests as needed.

• Act as a bridge between technical/data teams and business stakeholders.

Must-Haves

• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar role.

• Strong experience with BI and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting or analytics solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable way.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong English communication skills, if supporting international stakeholders.
